<– Area 1  —————- Our area is one of 12 regions that span the state for the California Retired Teachers Association. Each area has an elected director that serves on the state board. The areas are inservice and communication bridges to 88 grass roots divisions that contain about 50,000 members. We are dedicated to protecting or enhancing benefits for both retired and working educators and support public education, collective bargaining rights, and adequate health care for all.
